What shipping options do you offer?

- Standard 4 to 6 business day shipping.
- UPS 2nd Day Air® is available as a shipping option at checkout.
- UPS Next Day Air® is also available as a shipping option at checkout.
- Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday; please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST are typically shipped the same day. If you place your order after 12:00 PM CST, it will be shipped out the following day.

If the item(s) are in stock, your order will typically ship out in 1-2 business days.
All below shipping timeframes are estimates given to us by the carriers and are subject to change due to delays.

Ground/USPSMI: Expected 4-10 business days transit
Standard/Priority: Expected 3-7 business days transit
Express: Expected 2-4 business days transit
2- Day Shipping: Expected 1-3 business days transit
International: Expected 7-30 business days transit.
As soon as your order ships out you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please note: Once your package has left our warehouse, we are not responsible for weather or mail carrier delays. If your order contains a pre-ordered item, your entire order will ship when that item is back in stock.

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. (Check spam if you don’t see it.)
You can also create an account to view tracking: sign up, activate through your email, then log in to see orders & tracking.
Or click the chat icon on our site and select "Track An Order." Enter your email and order number to see the latest carrier updates.
Note: If your order has a pre-ordered item, your entire order ships when that item is back in stock.
How do I know if my order is lost?

If tracking hasn’t updated, it may be delayed by carriers. Often it resurfaces in transit or at delivery.
We file lost claims after 15 days domestic, 20 days international. Most orders show up before that.
Important: We can't file after 45 days. We offer store credit or replacement up to 60 days from the last tracking update.

- Wait 2-3 days; sometimes it scans early.
- Check with neighbors or building manager.
- Double-check the address on your confirmation email.
- Contact your local carrier office.
If not found in 2-3 days, start a Live Chat for help.

Yes! Adventures suit families, couples, friends, or solo. Some adventures may need adjusting for young kids, but you'll make amazing memories together.

Yes. Icons on each card show which season it's best for, plus many can be done year-round.

No. Each card shows a rough price range. Many adventures are free or low-cost.

It’s a deck of 50 cards. Each card lists a location with icons for price, duration, time, and season. Scratch to reveal the adventure. Scan the QR code for more details.

They’re designed for active, adventurous people. For kids under 10, older adults, or less active individuals, you might skip or adjust some activities.

Some adventures need reservations. It's wise to scratch it off a day or so in advance. Many adventures can still be done spontaneously.

Yes! It ships in a discreet box. Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout. (We don’t include gift notes yet.)

It depends on your schedule. Many take a year or more. Explore at your pace and enjoy!

Returns or exchanges are free within 30 days if the deck is unopened. Purchases from Nov 1–Dec 24 can be returned until Jan 22.

Returns are on us, but we don’t refund original shipping fees.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of our warehouse receiving your return. Exchanges start processing once your return is in transit.

We can cancel if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Otherwise we’ll help with a return. Subscription products can be canceled before the next charge date.
